He also has directed the sales and marketing of numerous high-rise luxury projects including: The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, Regency Row at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, The Palomar Hotel Residences, The Mayfair at Turtle Creek, 1999 McKinney, Austin City Lofts, and others.
A graduate of Texas A & M University, his industry experience includes extensive real estate marketing, issues management, community relations and public affairs.
He is a member of the Masters Group of top residential agents in Dallas and has been voted as a “D Best” Agent by D Magazine. He is a board member of The Uptown Public Improvement District and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Editors.
Kyle serves on The Advisory Board of Concierge Auctions, a real estate marketing company with over $1 billion in auction sales of luxury properties via their innovative digital marketing platform.
