Kyle Crews is widely known and respected for more than twenty-five years of developing and implementing successful marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns for international, national, regional and local clients. A graduate of Texas A&M University, his industry experience includes extensive real estate and building materials marketing, issues management, crisis communications, community relations, public affairs and professional services marketing. He holds a real estate license in the State of Texas with Allie Beth Allman & Associates. Kyle formed the URBAN team to offer residential sales and developer marketing services focused on the unique lifestyle of high-end luxury properties.

 

EXPERIENCE

The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

  • Named in-house sales and marketing consultant of remaining units by developer, Crescent Real Estate Equities, in 2010.

  • Project realized over $28 million in sales in 2010, despite national economic recession.

The Travis at Katy Trail

  • Sales and marketing consultant working with Hall Financial Group.

  • Rebranded and re-launched sales in 2009 resulting in 10 sales.

The Mayfair at Turtle Creek and The Wyndemere at Turtle Creek

  • Consultant and in-house sales and marketing director for developer, FRAM Building group.

  • Fully integrated pre-sale program sold record number of high-rise homes (60% of inventory) in a three-month period.

The Residences at Palomar

  • Launched sales and marketing of the Palomar as consultant to Behringer Harvard and Realty America Group.

The Tower Residences at The Stoneleigh Hotel

  • On-site sales and marketing consultant for developers Prescott Realty and Apollo Real Estate Services.

  • Fully integrated sales and marketing program included web site, advertising, public relations, special events and design of sales center within the adjoining historic hotel.

  • Consultation on the extensive renovation of the historic Stoneleigh Hotel, including bringing in noted interior designer Carleton Varney to refurnish the 1930s penthouse in its original Dorothy Draper styling.

The Plaza Turtle Creek

  • Consultant assigned to reposition the luxury condominiums.

  • Responsible for all aspects of project sales support including advertising, web site development, broker relations and special events.

  • The Plaza realized over $15 million in sales in an eight-month period (late 2001 to early 2002) despite national economic recession and terrorist activity.

1999 McKinney (Dallas), Austin City Lofts (Austin), and Park Laurel on the Prado (San Diego)

  • Actively involved in the sales and marketing for CLB Partners, developer of these luxury residential towers.

Sun City Georgetown (Del Webb), Rienzi, La Tour, and The Crestpark in Highland Park

  • Involved in the launch of new development projects including all aspects of sales and marketing activities.

  • Memphis Real Estate, Columbus Realty Trust, Post Properties and Amicus Partners – public relations consultant to Robert Shaw and his succession of companies over ten years; Successfully positioned companies as premier provider of luxury apartment communities in Dallas, Houston, and Denver.
